These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the g499 online gaming platform, including all games, features, promotions, payment services, and related content made available through the g499 website ("Platform"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and g499 ("we", "us", "our", "Platform Operator").

By creating an account, accessing the Platform, or using any feature of the g499 service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account if one has been created.

Access to and use of the g499 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all subsequent times you access the Platform.
• You are a natural person acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of a third party.
• You are not registered as a self-excluded player and have not requested closure of your g499 account for responsible gaming reasons.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, or agent of g499, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• Online gaming is not prohibited under any applicable law in your jurisdiction at the time you access the Platform.

g499 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity from any player at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within the timeframe specified by g499 may result in the suspension or permanent closure of the relevant account and the withholding of any pending withdrawal until verification is completed satisfactorily.

Registration Requirements

To access g499 games and services, you must create a single registered account. Each player is permitted to hold only one active account at any time. During registration you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including:

• Your legal full name as it appears on a valid government-issued identity document.
• Your date of birth confirming you are 21 years of age or older.
• A valid, active mobile number registered in Bangladesh that will be used for account verification and security codes.
• The mobile wallet details (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay) you intend to use for deposits and withdrawals.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your g499 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person under any circumstances. g499 will never ask you for your password via email, SMS, or live chat.

If you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised or that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify g499 immediately by emailing [email protected]. g499 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised account access where you have failed to notify us promptly upon becoming aware of the breach.

Deposit Rules

All financial transactions on the g499 Platform are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following conditions apply to all deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by the Platform, though individual payment providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) may impose their own transaction limits.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — that is, deposits from a payment account not registered to the same individual as the g499 account — are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension pending investigation.
• g499 does not charge a fee for deposits. Any fees charged by your payment provider are outside g499's control and are your responsibility.

Withdrawal Rules

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Withdrawals may only be processed to the same payment account (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay number) that was used to make the corresponding deposit. g499 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or different payment accounts.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawal processing times are as follows: bKash and Nagad — within 1 hour for verified accounts; Rocket and Upay — within 2 hours; bank transfer — within 24 hours. These timeframes apply under normal operating conditions; g499 does not guarantee processing within these times during periods of exceptionally high demand.
• All withdrawals are subject to KYC (Know Your Customer) verification. g499 may request identity documents before processing any withdrawal, particularly where the withdrawal amount is large or where the player's account activity has triggered a review flag.

g499 offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players at its sole discretion. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless the specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Each bonus offer is available to one account per household, per device, and per IP address. Attempts to claim the same bonus multiple times using different accounts constitute a breach of these Terms and will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) of at least 20x the bonus amount unless the specific promotion specifies a different rollover multiplier. The applicable wagering requirement must be met in full before any portion of a bonus balance can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses expire if the applicable wagering requirement is not met within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited to the account, unless the specific promotion states a different expiry period. Expired bonus balances and any associated winnings are forfeited automatically.
• Bonus funds may only be used to place wagers on eligible games. Certain game categories (for example, live dealer tables with high RTPs or specific betting markets) may be excluded from bonus wagering. The excluded categories will be stated in the applicable promotion's terms.
• g499 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice. g499 also reserves the right to withhold or reverse a bonus and any associated winnings if there is reasonable evidence that the bonus was claimed or used in a fraudulent, abusive, or collusive manner.

Players may decline bonus offers during the registration process or by contacting g499 support prior to depositing. Once a deposit has been made and a bonus has been credited, the associated wagering requirement applies automatically. Players who do not wish to be subject to wagering requirements should decline all bonus offers before depositing.

All games available on the g499 Platform operate under their respective individual game rules as published by the game provider. In the event of a conflict between g499's general Terms and the rules of a specific game, the specific game rules take precedence for matters relating to that game's mechanics and outcomes.

g499 uses independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all non-live games. Live dealer games are streamed in real time from professional studio environments operated by licensed third-party providers including Evolution Gaming and Ezugi. The outcome of all games is determined by the applicable game engine and is not influenced by g499.

• In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or game malfunction during a game round, g499 will make reasonable efforts to determine the correct game outcome from server-side logs. Where a definitive outcome cannot be established, the affected game round may be voided and the wager returned to the player's account.
• Bets placed in error, including bets placed after a game round has closed, bets placed on an event whose outcome was already known at the time of placing, and bets placed using a technical error or system vulnerability, are void and will not be paid.
• g499 reserves the right to void any wager where there is reasonable evidence that the wager was placed in a manner intended to exploit a technical error, a pricing error, or any form of system vulnerability, regardless of whether the wager was settled before or after the error was identified.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the g499 Platform. Any player found engaging in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended or permanently closed, all associated balances forfeited, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Opening more than one account on the Platform, whether using the same or different personal details, mobile numbers, or payment methods.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime, including depositing funds derived from illegal activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, RNG weaknesses, or any technical vulnerability in any game or Platform feature, including using automated betting software, bots, or scripts.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to chip dumping, match fixing, or coordinated bonus abuse.
• Registering an account using false, incomplete, or third-party identity information, or failing to update your registration details when they change.
• Accessing the Platform if you are under 21 years of age, have been self-excluded, or are accessing from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law.

Where g499 suspects prohibited conduct, it may freeze an account, suspend withdrawal processing, and conduct an internal investigation before making a final determination. g499 is not obliged to disclose the details of its investigation methodology to the player under review.

g499 is committed to providing a safe gaming environment for all eligible players. The Platform offers the following responsible gaming tools, all of which are accessible from the account settings area without contacting support:

• Deposit limits: set a maximum daily, weekly, or monthly deposit amount. Reductions take effect immediately; increases take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session time limits: set a maximum duration for each gaming session. You will receive a notification when your session limit is approaching and the session will be terminated automatically when the limit is reached.
• Cooling-off period: take a break from the Platform for a defined period (1 day to 6 weeks). During a cooling-off period your account remains open but you cannot log in, deposit, or wager.
• Self-exclusion: permanently close your account and prevent any future access. Self-exclusion is irrevocable for a minimum period of 12 months. After 12 months, reinstatement requires a formal written request and a mandatory 24-hour review period.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute, or exploit any content from the g499 Platform for any commercial purpose without the express prior written consent of g499. Unauthorised use of Platform content may give rise to a claim for damages and/or constitute a criminal offence.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, g499 excludes all liability for the following categories of loss, whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise:

• Loss of profits, revenue, business, anticipated savings, or goodwill arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform or any game thereon.
• Loss or corruption of data, systems, or software arising from technical faults, cyber incidents, or third-party service provider outages beyond g499's reasonable control.
• Any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential loss of any kind, even if g499 had been advised of the possibility of such loss.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit g499's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

g499 processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and forms part of the agreement between you and g499. By registering an account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein. g499 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including prohibited conduct outlined in Section 7.
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within the timeframe specified by g499.
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering, fraud, match fixing, or other financial crime.
• A court order, regulatory direction, or other legal obligation requiring g499 to restrict access to the account.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms or prohibited conduct, any balance remaining in the account (including real-money balance, bonus balance, and pending withdrawals) may be forfeited. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to player misconduct (for example, at the player's own voluntary request), any real-money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment account after completion of applicable KYC verification.

g499 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, g499 will publish the revised Terms on the Platform with an updated "Last updated" date. Where a change significantly affects player rights or obligations, g499 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via their registered mobile number or email address prior to the change taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment has been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and contact g499 support to close your account and request return of any real-money balance.

If you have a question about these Terms, a complaint about the Platform, or require assistance with your account, please contact the g499 support team. g499 aims to acknowledge all enquiries within 24 hours and to resolve complaints within 5 business days. Where a complaint requires extended investigation, g499 will provide a status update within 5 business days and a final determination within 28 calendar days.
